Clickstream Intelligence. This component provides all the data you
need to assess and correlate web site traffic patterns to improve
the web site’s effectiveness.
Business Intelligence users can enjoy improvements in scheduling
Discoverer queries and tight integration with Oracle9i Reports,
while enhancements in Oracle9i Reports make it very easy
to combine data from multiple data sources.
Oracle9iAS Clickstream Intelligence includes the
following features:
- Identification of unique visitors and sessions by reading web
server logs
- Tracking of page impressions and sessions using data from server
logs
- Integration of web traffic data with business transaction data
- Integration with user-defined data sources
- Standard as well as user-defined reports
- Scalable for large-scale web environments
Oracle9iAS Discoverer includes the following new
features and enhancements:
- Enhanced query scheduling and aggregation behavior
- Improved connection management
- Integration with Oracle9iAS Portal, Oracle9iAS
Web Cache, Reports, and OC4J
Oracle9iAS Reports includes the following new features
and enhancements:
- Extensible architecture that includes notifications, engines,
data sources, cache
services, destinations, and security management
- Support for specialized JSP-based web reporting and paper-oriented
reporting
- Enhanced reports distribution features such as bursting capabilities
and event-based publishing
- Integration with Oracle9i Portal, Discoverer, OC4J,
Oracle9i JDeveloper, and OEM (for management)
Oracle9iAS Personalization includes the following
new features and enhancements:
- Integration with Oracle HTTP Server and OC4J
- Managed through OEM
