DESCRIPTION: Handy
Candy SweeTarts was launched in the Spring of 1997. It lets
you keep your candy within easy reach. Refillable candy dispenser
in a pen means you can sneak treats in the classroom and share
them with friends. Pen body is shaped and functions like a
gumball machine. Just hold the pen upside down and turn the
knob to get candy. Packaged pen is not filled with candy,
but comes with 3 twist wrap rolls of SweeTarts (small hard
candy from Sunline Brands). Assorted colors. For ages over 8.
